In designing “Seed Pod”, I aimed to convey the notion of delicate seeds contained within a protective shell, waiting to spring to life. The design combines sturdy, curved, outer forms with perforated, angled, inner planes. The upward twist invites viewers to walk around the sculpture to fully understand its form.
